The Market Rental Price includes all utility bills and cleaning of the property once a week, general support to the guests during the stay from the manager of the complex.
Note: Damage deposit of 50 Euro/per apartment is required to be paid upon arrival. It is fully refundable in case no damages have been caused to the property during the stay.
