7th August 2008 To all the Residents of Eagle Rock Welcome to Eagle Rock Cafe your new onsite restaurant. We wanted to get in contact with you to let you know that we will be opening on DATE and look forward to seeing you all soon. The Eagle Rock Cafe offers a contemporary take on Bulgarian and European food. Using our British hospitality experience we will cater for both a local and international clientele and specifically meet the wishes of all our Eagle Rock residents. We are offering an enticing restaurant, along with a take away service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the option of lunch hampers to take with you on any excursions you might be planning. As well as this we would like to offer our restaurant out for private hire for any special occasions. The restaurant has a fantastic view out into the valley and the surrounding grounds of the complex are the perfect setting for a celebration. DESCRIPTION of the WORKS: Construction: Steel-concrete construction, beams, tiges, slates (tile-stone), supporting walls, facade walls from bricks. Facades: The outer heat insulation around the whole building and afterwards the walls are completed with plaster and then painted. Roof: Concrete and wooden construction, heat insulation and then covered with wooden boards. Electric works: All the wires will be in the walls. Electricity outlets and switches will be installed. The main table with the individual electric meters. Each apartment is going to have its own table for the lighting, the outlets and so on. Light units are not included in the price. Heating : The hot water will be from water heaters in every apartment. Private electrical. radiators on the walls. Water and Sewerage: Network for water supply from the water mains with personal water-meters pipes. All the bathrooms equipment- toilet, sink,shower, terracota for the floor and walls, mixing taps and etc. Apartements:
