Today in Bulgaria we are celebrating a very old custom – Baba Marta. Baba Marta is a typical Bulgarian holiday, which is observed on the whole country and is preserved until nowadays. On this holiday every person presents his relatives and friends with a special amulet, called martenitsa. Martenitsas are exchanged between parents and children, old and young, boys and girls, friends and lovers on March 1st for good health and strength during the year This is the first spring celebration day.

Down to business.
The work in the Complex is going in the normal way. Even we have snow around the temperatures are not very low , even the weather is mild.

In wing A the builders are finishing on the ground and first floor separating the apartments an they are moving to the next floor. On the third floor the windows are going to be fit in the next few days and on the last floor masonry of the outside walls has been started and the tower is getting it in shape.

In wing B the bathrooms are ready on the ground and first floor and now the bathrooms on the second and third are going to be made. Also the electricians are almost finished on this two floors. Plastering with gypsum cardboard inside the apartments is still continuing.

In wing C the staircase down to the ground level are almost done, because the plinth needs to be done. Painting and some finishing works in the ready apartments is the job which the builders are doing in this wing.
