  Beli Iskar and Borovets are places where the temperatures in the Summer are not more 28 – 32 C , but last week we had the hottest days from 100 years ago. It was about 35-38 C and in some place in Bulgaria were 45 C degrees . Of course here in the mountain even is very hot during the day the evenings are cool and refreshing. Many people from the big cities around came in our region to escape from the hot air. The rivers ,the mineral pools and the restaurants were the busiest places in the area.

In Eagle Rock the work is continuing. The builders are doing the patios in the garden area, the outside staircase of the three wings and finishing the stone facing of the facades.
In wing A the outside thermo insulation and plastering and painting is continuing.
The last unfinished bathrooms in the same wing are done. All the corridors are tiled and now the builders will start tiling the inner staircases.
In wing B from few days ago mounting of the glass doors in some of the apartments has been started.
All the big windows in the reception are and the bar are fitted.
In wing C varnishing of the wooden railings on the balconies is continuing. Painting inside of the apartments in this wing is almost finished.

Eagle Rock is like a palace with the three tours mounted on the top and the Complex is visible from quite a big distance.
